The Visitors Center in Historic Old Louisville is open Monday through Saturday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM to assist you in experiencing the rich cultural heritage of Louisville.

This National Preservation District offers grand homes with architectural styles of centuries past along miles of tree lined streets and boulevards. Old Louisville offers a variety of cultural attractions. Fine art is in abundance at the Speed Art Museum, where the permanent collection spans 6,000 years of human creativity. The Museum is also host to some of the finest traveling exhibitions and blockbuster shows. Tour the Conrad/Caldwell House of Romanesque Revival architecture, a neighborhood home that exemplifies the ambitions of the rising business class during and after Civil War reconstruction.
